Start by adding a white liner on your lower lash line's waterline to do this, which can open up the eye. Focus on the outer corner of your upper lid, just tapering with a thick, extended vertical flick 1/3 or halfway into your eye. If you want to add some liner swatches to your lower lash line, focus it at the outer corner only.
